Miorumi is currently preparing its first skincare collection. Products are not yet available to order.

Delivery area and costs

When checkout opens, the only planned delivery country is the Netherlands. The current Shopify checkout rate is €4.95 for orders below €50 and free standard delivery from €50. Prices and delivery charges include VAT; the final charge is shown before payment.

Processing and delivery

No delivery date or transit-time promise is made before a verified fulfilment route exists. We will publish the actual order cutoff, processing time, dispatch origin, carrier transit range and tracking arrangement before accepting orders.

Questions and delivery problems

For delivery questions, use our contact page or email damiensemler1@gmail.com. Our registered Amsterdam address is not necessarily the dispatch location. If an order is later accepted and a parcel is lost or damaged before delivery, contact us; we remain responsible for delivery to you.
