Welcome to Miorumi. Miorumi is a trading name of Accessible AI, a Netherlands sole proprietorship owned by Damiën Semler (KvK 90058844; VAT NL004783422B09). Our registered address is Tt. Miorumi is preparing its first skincare collection. Products shown during this prelaunch are not available to buy. Information about a proposed product is not a sale offer or a promise that the product, formula, packaging, price or delivery date will be available. We will display final product details and any legally required warnings before accepting orders.

When ordering becomes available, prices shown to Netherlands consumers will include VAT. Any shipping charge will be shown before payment. An order is placed when you complete checkout, subject to availability and our confirmation. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid. You must provide accurate delivery and contact details. We remain responsible for delivery to you under applicable consumer law.

Our Shipping policy explains the available destination, shipping charges and delivery information. Our Return and refund policy explains withdrawal, the additional 30-day return option and remedies for faulty goods. The Privacy policy describes personal-data handling, and Contact information provides our contact details. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory right of withdrawal, legal guarantee or other mandatory consumer rights. For eligible EU consumers, the legal guarantee for non-conforming goods lasts at least two years.

Site content, including our own text, logos and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use the site for lawful personal shopping and may not copy or exploit its content commercially without permission. Links to third-party services may be provided for convenience; their own terms may apply. We aim to keep site information accurate and available, but may correct errors and update the site. We are responsible where the law requires it; we do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Dutch law governs these terms, while you retain any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also use any competent court or consumer dispute process available to you under applicable law. We may update these terms for future use; the version presented when you place an order applies to that order, subject to mandatory law.
